Acosa Summit
2nd Africa Child Online Safety Summit 2025
- 28–30 October 2025
- Abuja, Nigeria

About the Summit
As Internet access expands across Africa, children and young people are more connected than ever—unlocking new opportunities, but also exposing them to cyberbullying, exploitation, privacy risks, and harmful content.
Following the landmark inaugural Summit in Ethiopia in 2024, which united child protection leaders from 10 countries, the 2nd Africa Child Online Safety Summit will build on this momentum to strengthen collective action across the continent.
This year’s Summit aims to expand participation to 20 African countries, bringing together diverse stakeholders to create a safer, more inclusive digital environment for every child.
Convened by the Africa Child Online Safety Alliance (ACOSA), this gathering will showcase innovative solutions, strengthen partnerships, and develop concrete action plans for regional collaboration.
